We are selling our 2007 international 4300 single axle dump truck! Dt466 engine with an Eaton Fuller 6 speed transmission, Air brakes, good tires on all corners, PTO and hydraulic lift bed. 27k gvwr so will need a CDL for commercial use. We use this truck daily. Runs and drives great. We are just upgrading to a Peterbilt.

Another little patio knocked out today. Required a deck removal, and all work completed including digging done by hand. Took a couple of days but we managed. Nice patio area that connects for hot tube and the pool. Added a drain in the stone to remove the draining water from all areas.

Remember this folks when looking for contractors to work on your home. We see this all to often. Cheap doesnt mean good workmanship. You'll be left with a mess while they take off with the cash you paid up front and give you nothing but excuses. Assuming you ever hear from them again.

Do your research. Check references, check out their work online or in person if you know of someone that used that contractor. Make sure details of what is included in the bid is in writing and signed! Biggest thing is to make sure they are a credited business with insurance and workers compensation! We give every customer a copy of each of those forms with our written estimate when we meet with you.

A new finish for us on this one! We were trying to match the existing concrete driveway but it was very well weathered. So we tried doing an exposed aggregate but with a limestone mix. Well, it actually .watched very well! After pour washing and cleaning the existing driveway, I think we nailed it!
