Entry-Level Landscape Crew Member immediate opening

Learn a new trade with on-the-job training.
No experience required — we are willing to train the right person. This position is available immediately and offers good pay for reliable, hardworking candidates.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with landscape and hardscape installation and maintenance projects
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
- Helping crew members complete daily tasks efficiently
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Following instructions from crew leaders and project managers

Qualified candidates should be dependable, motivated, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than prior experience.

Compensation: Good starting pay based on reliability, work ethic, and performance.

• Plan the day, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule & budget
• Maintain top-tier quality and enforce safety standards
• Communicate with project managers & clients
• Solve problems fast and keep projects moving
• Track progress, materials, and jobsite updates
• Work with modern tools & equipment that build your skills

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
