📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL CONTRACTORS & PROPERTY MANAGERS
Moving forward, ALL work will be handled through a written work order. The work order will clearly state what has been requested, the agreed-upon price, and what is included.
Please understand that you cannot add additional work to a job after the work order has been agreed upon and expect it to be completed for free. If additional work is requested, it will be priced and approved before we complete it.
🚚 MATERIAL PICKUPS
If Links Glass is required to pick up materials, windows, doors, glass, or any other items on your behalf, a pickup/delivery charge will apply. We do not provide free material pickup services. Our time, fuel, and vehicle expenses are all part of running a business.
🪟 CONTRACTOR WINDOW PRICING
Having one window replaced does not automatically qualify you for contractor pricing or a special discount because you say you have additional work coming our way. Pricing is based on the actual job, quantity, scope, and materials involved.
We appreciate contractors and property managers who consistently send work our way, and we are always willing to discuss volume pricing when the actual volume of work justifies it.
📋 PRICE SHEETS
We are sending out updated price sheets so everyone knows exactly what to expect from us moving forward. Our goal is to make things easier, more organized, and more transparent for everyone involved.
We want to work with good contractors and property managers long-term, but communication and expectations have to go both ways. We need everyone to be on the same page from the beginning of the job through completion.
Please respect the work orders, pricing, scheduling, and policies that are provided.
⚠️ Anyone who repeatedly ignores these policies, adds unauthorized work, expects free services, or refuses to follow our terms will no longer be able to use Links Glass for their projects and may be blocked from future communication.
