What a fun project this has been. Timber frame is complete along with the interior framing and IEAD roof system. Doors and windows are coming in soon and the exterior finish products will be here in a few weeks, looking forward to sharing the finished product 💪🏻

The team has been busy on this ground-up, custom Timber Frame home for an awesome couple out of Freeville!

This project has been a blast and we're excited to keep everyone in the loop in the coming weeks as we progress through getting this shell finished up then diving right into doors, windows and exterior finishes.

So far the guys have gotten through framing all exterior walls and openings, 4x10 timber rafter installation along with matching fascias, breezeway between house and barn framing, 16x30 elevated porch/deck framing that flows into breezeway deck, exterior zip system followed by a 2" rigid foam installation, 1" oak tongue and groove ceiling system installation has begun followed by two layers of 4" versicore foam to hit required R-Value, along with installation of all required structural ties and clips!

We'll keep the pictures coming and add some drone videos to make sure everyone has the chance to follow along with this awesome build 💪
