STEP 3: Find studs - stud finder - 90cm shelf spans 2 studs at 40cm spacing - mark studs.
STEP 4: Mount brackets to studs - lag bolts 80mm - brackets level - level - brackets must be level or shelf tilts - check level!
STEP 5: Slide shelf over bracket rods - rods into holes - shelf floats - no brackets visible - floating!
STEP 6: Repeat 3 shelves - spaced 35cm apart vertically - books + decor - staggered or stacked!

CAPACITY: 40kg per shelf - books 30kg - decor 10kg!

PRO TIP: 25cm deep = books + small plants - 20cm books overhang - 30cm deep too deep books hide behind - 4cm thick chunky modern!

STEP 2: Legs 45cm tall - 45cm dining bench height matches dining table 75cm - 30cm leg space standard!
STEP 3: Stretcher 160cm at 15cm height - mortise legs 20mm - stretcher tenon.
STEP 4: Assemble - top to legs lag bolts - sand 150 grit, oil teak oil.

- Template: MDF 18mm - 40x20cm - shape cutout e.g. 20x15cm rounded rectangle - template shape = final shape!
- Guide Bushing: Router guide bushing 30mm diameter - bushing rides against template edge - router bit 12mm cuts shape inside template - bit offset = bushing radius - bit radius - e.g. bushing 30mm, bit 12mm - offset 9mm - template larger than final shape by 9mm!
- Bit: Straight bit 12mm or flush trim bit with bearing

USE:
STEP 1: Make template MDF 40x20cm - cut shape opening e.g. 20x15cm - shape perfect - sand template edge smooth - template edge guides router!
STEP 2: Clamp template to workpiece - e.g. board 40x20cm - template on top - guide bushing rides against template edge - router bit cuts workpiece - shape same as template!
STEP 3: Template routing = repeat shapes - e.g. 10 trays same shape - template once - rout 10 times same!

PRO TIP: MDF template - MDF stable - plywood template splinters!
