Our Connecticut Passive House combines exceptional energy efficiency, healthier indoor living, and timeless, design. Countless hours. Hundreds of decisions big and small. One of those decisions to use local trees for the woodwork.

The homeowner milled Pine, Cherry and Hemlock from their very own property to be used for the walls, bathroom vanities and more; creating a mindful, sustainable and organic ambiance to the interior.

Beautiful design goes beyond what you see. This pool was designed to nestle seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

☀️ This pool is also as smart as it is sleek: It's heated using solar energy, and a thermal pool cover locks in heat overnight, so the heater is rarely needed.

Behind every finished project is a day full of cameras, conversations, and countless details coming together. 🎥

The beauty of a space is often found in the details.

From carefully considered material pairings to custom millwork, lighting, and the smallest finishing touches, every decision is intentional. It's this level of thought and craftsmanship that transforms a house into a home that feels effortless, timeless, and uniquely yours.

Every detail matters when designing a Passive House.

Our Connecticut project is thoughtfully crafted to balance beauty, comfort, and exceptional performance... all to create a home that's as efficient as it is timeless.

The final days of summer are made for homes like this.

Designed for gathering, creating, and taking in panoramic views of the Maine coastline, this contemporary retreat blends timeless coastal character with modern living, proving that thoughtful design is always in season.

Sustainability starts with thoughtful material choices. From locally sourced cyprus siding and pine to triple-pane windows, we look for ways to reduce environmental impact without compromising on beauty or performance.

No project is perfectly ecological, but every decision—from where materials come from to how they are made—can contribute to a healthier home and a more responsible approach to design.

There's always an element of surprise. ✨

The detail you don't expect. The material that stops you mid-room. The moment where a space goes from beautiful to unforgettable.

It's something we build into every single project, intentionally. Because good design should make you feel something, not just look at something.

Before → After. The difference a vision makes.

This mid-century modern home in Bellport, Long Island took on a full backyard transformation with a lush lawn, clean pool, mature landscaping, and a façade that finally lives up to the bones of the house.

Sometimes the best design move is simply letting a home breathe.

While the rest of the city cranks the AC, this Carroll Gardens brownstone stays naturally cool... by design.

Passive house construction uses continuous insulation, triple-glazed windows, and an airtight fresh air system to maintain consistent temps year-round. Up to 70% less energy than a typical home. Less noise, better air quality, lower bills.

Sustainable design isn't a sacrifice — it's an upgrade.
