This week Archstone Builders with the help of H&L Ironworks were able to assist our friends at God's Love We Deliver to continue the amazing work they do across the city by replacing and installing a custom grease trap and loading dock at their Manhattan location.
Gods Love We Deliver aim to alleviate hunger and malnutrition for men, women and children with serious illnesses by providing meals, education and counseling.
We at Archstone Builders are honored to be able to help such a valued organization within the community.

- venetian plaster finishes
- high end millwork
- travertine stole tile walls

Mary McDowell Friends School is a Quaker institution dedicated to fostering the success of students with learning disabilities. The school now spans 3 separate buildings, divided into lower, middle and high schools.
- constructed a 6 store building & updated an existing building
- updated finishes and features: HVAC systems, grand staircases, new translucent ceiling w/ LUMICOR lighting panels, carpet, wood, VCT and tile flooring
- constructed a full-size underground gym, library, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms
The design of the campus is centered around the needs of the students, and every detail of the renovation is structured to provide safe and engaging spaces for meaningful learning.

Mercy College's midtown campus now spans over 95,000sf and a brand new 130-bed dormitory, 34th street entrance, new classrooms, restrooms and faculty areas.
Some steps that Archstone took to complete this 26 week construction process that was fast-tracked and expertly facilitated by our team were:
- coordinating street closures with the Department of Transportation
- Using a crane to lift heavy machinery to the roof and structural steel through 3rd floor windows

Progress photos from our previous project SL Green Realty Corp
This was a massive undertaking that demanded the utmost foresight, innovation, and attention to detail from every crew member. The projects eventual construction was an impressive feat that included:
- Installing a new telecommunication system at the point of entry to the meet me room, a riser system and telecom closets
- Installing a building management system to manage the new post-fire smoke purge system, toilet exhaust system, sprinkler system and more
- Exterior updates: replaced windows, enlarged the previous openings, replaced and inspected all structurally unsafe pieces of the façade, previous color was retinted and added a brick veneer
- Replaced and demolished old storefronts with double height storefronts

NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA)
The team at Archstone navigated this 190,000sf project with finesse from start to finish using meticulous planning and steady collaboration. As a result, the NYCHA office in Long Island City now features:
- New 3rd and 4th floor infrastructure with a wide open floor plan
- Seek glass storefronts for offices, shower rooms, architectural ceilings, carpet flooring and a new HVAC system
- New kitchens and pantries
- Graphic walls that add eye-catching visuals
- Added amenities: New UPS electrical system, fiber optic cabling, sprinkler system and computer room air conditioning units
