Our historic renovation project at was no ordinary elevator upgrade - it was a meticulous restoration that paid homage to history while embracing the future.
Three passenger elevators and two service cars without disrupting daily life. Continuous service to every residence was our top priority.

Preserving the ornate, handcrafted interiors was a must. Our skilled teams stripped, repaired, and replicated century-old walls, ensuring a seamless appearance.

Our NYC client craved a classic mix of modern and vintage textures and color to create a warm, relaxing media room to get cozy. The bold, deep blue tone from and the natural light added the perfect layer of depth to curl up for movie nights and ensured that calming, relaxing effect.

Searching for the right bathtub is essential, as there are few things as decadent as the right tub. They come in all shapes and sizes, from luxurious marble or stone to classic claw. The contemporary feel of this soaking tub completed the serenity the owners were looking to achieve in their River House getaway. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We weren’t all perfectly ready for the photos but we sure had a ton of FUN at the BWA Holiday Party! It was one to remember 🥂😀

An enormous thank you to all who traveled from very far to have a cheer. Also to our clients, colleagues, friends and family for celebrating with us and facilitating what we love to do - design.

For this fifth avenue restoration the kitchen and bathrooms were redesigned using period cabinets, materials and appliances. Original tubs, showers, and fixtures were sourced and purchased for the project.
