Siplast Headquarters

We removed the existing roof in its entirety down to the wood decking. Installed new tapered insulation to meet NY energy code. We installed a new 2-ply SBS roof in cold adhesive and new liquid-applied reinforced PMMA flashings as well as new aluminum streamline metal panels along the parapet walls and stair towers.

Approximate size 38,350 SF (3 separate buildings that butt up against each other)
