Elevated to meet FEMA flood elevation standards, while complying with height restrictions and the required pyramid law line building envelope, the home is a luxurious, light filled, oasis.

What a month! Honoured to share another feature on our Accabonac Harbor House renovation.

Originally designed by architect Charles Forberg, the home carried a unique architectural legacy with ties to the Bauhaus movement. Our goal was to preserve that spirit while reimagining the house for modern coastal living—bringing in more light, stronger connections to the landscape, and thoughtful spaces for gathering.

What a month! Honoured to share another feature on our Accabonac Harbor House renovation.

Originally designed by architect Charles Forberg, the home carried a unique architectural legacy with ties to the Bauhaus movement. Our goal was to preserve that spirit while reimagining the house for modern coastal living—bringing in more light, stronger connections to the landscape, and thoughtful spaces for gathering.

Honored to share this feature in on my team’s Shore Drive House renovation. This project was a true feat of engineering, carefully designed to meet FEMA flood regulations by elevating the original structure 12 feet above sea level. The result is a resilient coastal retreat built to withstand future storms without compromising warmth, light, or beauty.
