We started PACS Architecture in 2011, after meeting as undergraduates and collaborating for almost a decade at two esteemed New York architecture firms. It was during these formative years that we honed our skills executing custom interior residences throughout the city as well as large-scale buildings and commercial interior designs. With an ever-growing staff of talented architects, we are capable of handling any project expertly and efficiently. Since its formation, PACS Architecture has worked on many building types in New York, including townhouses, pre-war buildings, and new developments. Though our projects vary, our focus is always the same: to bring the client’s vision to life. We understand that every client has unique needs and priorities, and our goal at PACS is to help our clients realize their dream homes and to make the renovation experience as exciting and stress-free as possible. Our first step in any renovation is to closely examine the various aspects of a building: its history, architectural style, and the method of construction. This initial research gives us the ability to realize the full potential of each space without compromising the original structure. We are adept at integrating the latest advances in smart home design, including lighting, climate conditioning, and audio/visual technology, while maintaining the important architectural elements that make each building unique. Thanks to our extensive experience with cooperative and condominium buildings, we are skilled at anticipating the demands of the boards and building architects, and can expedite the building approval process by weeks or even months. In addition, our expert knowledge of New York building codes allows us to avoid delays in obtaining approvals from the Department of Buildings and the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
