In the kitchen, rift oak cabinetry sits against exposed brick, with stone counters and a backsplash that carries into the rest of the space. Walnut paneling wraps the staircase and hides the appliance wall, with a small niche cut into the curve. This custom primary bedroom built-in features full-height storage, woven cane doors, and a window niche overlooking lower Fifth Avenue. The existing radiator was seamlessly integrated with a custom metal grille, all finished in Farrow & Ball Pavilion Blue.

Designed, fabricated, and installed entirely in house at our own millwork shop. From concept to completion, our vertically integrated approach gives us precise control over every detail, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and a seamless installation.

Upper West Side, almost move-in ready.

This bedroom suite was built around the details you don’t want to think about — an ensuite bathroom, a closet system that reads as millwork rather than storage, and a washer/dryer tucked behind cabinetry so nothing interrupts the room.

This West Village building has been standing since 1893. It’s landmarked, which means alterations to the historic facade are heavily restricted, with penetrations limited wherever possible.

One of the most valuable upgrades you can make to a NYC apartment is a fully ducted HVAC system. Clean, quiet, and complete temperature control without compromising the historic architecture.

The challenge was getting there within the constraints of a landmarked building.

We engineered a system that allows the condenser to sit within the window opening like a traditional window unit while still serving a fully ducted system throughout the apartment.

Same footprint. Completely rethought.

In a New York City kitchen, every inch matters. We kept the existing footprint and focused on making the space work harder through a more considered layout, better storage, and a cleaner approach to the details and finishes.

The result is a kitchen that feels larger, functions better, and makes significantly more of the space that was already there.

Good design is not always about adding square footage. Sometimes it is about using what you have exceptionally well.

Handmade tile is never uniform — and that’s the point. Before a single piece goes on the wall, the whole pattern is dry-laid on the floor and studied under light: how the shadows cast, how the color shifts, which tile belongs where. Then it’s transferred, reviewed, marked, and refined. Imperfectly perfect takes real work.
