🔨 Before & After: First Floor Bath Transformation! 🛀

They say real estate is about location, location, location—but in the rehab and BRRRR world, it’s all about relationships, community, and vision.

When we first took on this distressed project, the home was a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout.
•
Fast forward through a lot of hard work, and it has been officially upgraded to a 5-bedroom, 3-full bath plus a den!
•
One of our biggest milestones so far was tackling the first-floor half bath and expanding it into a complete, modern full bath.
•
🔨 The Carpentry & Framing:
I handled the initial heavy lifting, moving walls, framing, drywall, taping, spackling, and painting to expand the space so we could actually fit a full stand-up shower.

Once I got the stand-up tub from Home Depot, Brent stepped right up and helped me install the stand-up shower unit, run the bottom plumbing, and tie in the drain pipe seamlessly. Man, I truly appreciate your help, your expertise, and most importantly, the solid friendship we’ve built through this process.
