Flexibility … many clients for our city projects request some degree of spatial flexibility. Here, in the tv room / office of a recently completed two-family home - we designed a sofa that can slide out to become a queen sized bed for guests !

Early 2025 … we completed this event / work / gallery space for Global Critical Logistics located in 1 Penn Plaza. A versatile gathering space for the conglomerate where we utilized an aluminum ‘box’ that neatly differentiates the main lounge and work area behind while enclosing a private office. We fitted out the perimeter hvac system with custom built covers that also provides additional seating for events or just to take in the city views.

Early 2025 … we completed an event / work space for Global Critical Logistics located at 1 Penn Plaza. Set as a New York hub for the conglomerate - the versatile main lounge can be reconfigured for events, lectures, or large meetings. The center aluminum ‘box’ is the central spatial organizer, defining the main lounge and a work space while enclosing a private office.

High efficiency should be a standard not just for new builds, but also for renovations ! Besides smart design, we strive to construct or renovate efficiently and sustainably. For this wood frame townhome in Brooklyn, we went all electric with solar panels, ERV units, Gutex multi-therm continuous insulation and triple pane windows and skylights !
