Here is a concept rendering of the renovation of this existing 1930’s tennis building at Flint Park, a local 50-acre park in Larchmont NY. This project is the first part of an extensive master plan for the entire park. A new café, outdoor seating, new doors and windows will serve to transform this structure into a beautiful & vibrant public community destination. ⁠

This recently completed YAD project is built above the existing basement of this home to expand and add additional space in the new third floor and rear yard deck. With the renovation came the opportunity of re-programming some of the home’s new spaces to enjoy in both the 1st and 2nd floors. The renovations and new 3rd floor addition, creates open spaces with new windows to allow daylight in. The new wrap-around porch welcomes family and guests to this updated state of the art home. york

This water-front modern renovation of an existing colonial home is in Mamaroneck. Using all the existing foundations the design creates open spaces with high ceilings, allowing the interior spaces to capture the stunning views of the Long Island Sound. york
