Having produced and preserved over 25,000 units of residential housing, the firm regularly partners with public agencies, private developers and community based non-profit groups to create sustainable, attractive residences to traditionally underserved populations within restrictive budgets. The Kelly Street Rehab & Gardens was an OCV project that turned four blighted buildings into a neighborhood boon. Five years later it continues to serve residents by growing not just food but also community. Morgan Stanley posted a video about the project and its successes.
