The interior areas of Alafia B1 are just beginning to take shape: here we can catch a glimpse of the parking area, mailroom, and tenant amenity spaces. Designed by UAI and developed as a joint venture by L+M Development Partners, RiseBoro Community Partnership, and Apex Building Group, Building B1 will bring 209 affordable housing apartments to southeast Brooklyn when completed at the end of this year.

We’re excited to bring you the latest developments on the building superstructure at Alafia B1, part of a wellness-oriented redevelopment of 25+ acres in southeast Brooklyn creating a walkable neighborhood. Designed by UAI and developed as a joint venture by L+M Development Partners, Riseboro, and Apex Building Group, Building B1 stands 14 stories tall and will provide 209 affordable housing apartments when completed at the end of this year.
