We’re excited to bring you the latest developments on the building superstructure at Alafia B1, part of a wellness-oriented redevelopment of 25+ acres in southeast Brooklyn creating a walkable neighborhood. Designed by UAI and developed as a joint venture by L+M Development Partners, Riseboro, and Apex Building Group, Building B1 stands 14 stories tall and will provide 209 affordable housing apartments when completed at the end of this year.
