AERIAL NEWS! 📣
We are happy to announce that Amanda Cragen has joined our Aerial Team as a new Project Manager!

Amanda has a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in American History from Boston College. Additionally, Amanda trained as a Journeyman Carpenter with Associated Builders and Contractors.

Amanda spent 8 years in the field, with a portion of that time operating her own small-scale general contracting business. Amanda has also had a successful career in retail, managing businesses with annual sales budgets of $5-$12 million. Attention to detail, building relationships, and serving the customer have been the keys to her success.

We’re proud to have served as General Contractor for Fishs Eddy - a true NYC institution known for its eclectic mix of vintage-inspired tableware, glassware, and one-of-a-kind finds that turn everyday dining into an experience.

Located at 81 Front Street in , this space marks the second location for owner and founder Julie Gaines. It serves as a natural extension of the brand’s flagship, which has welcomed generations of customers with its playful, irreverent spirit and endlessly unique product displays.

Aerial Design and Build led the ex*****on of this vibrant retail environment, bringing to life a space that reflects the brand’s personality - bold, nostalgic, and unmistakably New York.

At Seppe Pizza Bar, located at 225 Murray St, NYC, our team at Aerial Design & Build brought a warm, timeless vision to life. A custom all-brass back bar anchors the space - its glow creating cohesion while setting the tone for the entire interior.

Paired with rich wood textures, the dialogue between brass and natural materials evokes the spirit of classic Italian pizzerias - where craftsmanship, comfort, and authenticity are always on the menu.

Designed in collaboration with Crown Creative (Ireland), and delivered by our Aerial team led by Lisa Lee, VP of Project Operations, alongside Project Manager Mitze Peter.
