Aerial Design and Build | 167 Perry Street, NYC

Another residential project completed. ✨

We’re proud to share the recently completed transformation at 167 Perry Street in New York City, a project that began in May 2026 and has now reached completion.

The finished residence brings together a warm, refined material palette with clean contemporary detailing. Highlights include a custom wood kitchen with integrated cabinetry, a substantial stone-clad island, natural wood flooring, and a bright, thoughtfully detailed bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed tub and shower, subway tile, and hexagonal floor tile.

🛏️ A look inside the bedrooms of 955 Fifth Avenue, where two separate apartments were thoughtfully combined into one cohesive residence overlooking Central Park.

This home is the result of an incredible collaboration between an exceptionally talented team. We had the pleasure of bringing the vision to life through meticulous construction and project management, creating spaces that feel refined, warm, and deeply connected to their iconic Fifth Avenue setting.

Part of a stunning renovation at 955 Fifth Avenue, NYC, this elegant kitchen belongs to a residence created by seamlessly combining two separate apartments into one exceptional home overlooking Central Park.

Defined by a sophisticated palette of crisp whites and natural marble, the kitchen feels bright, timeless, and effortlessly refined. Full-height stone surfaces, custom millwork, and seamlessly integrated appliances come together to create a space that balances everyday functionality with elevated design.
