Our Special Projects Division is an important part of the Reidy Group, allowing us to support long-standing clients on smaller-scale projects while also partnering with new clients who need specialized expertise outside of our larger construction programs.

As a company that proudly partners with J.P. Morgan on projects throughout New York and New Jersey, it was great to come together with thousands of professionals for an event centered around teamwork, community, and giving back.

From the job site to the starting line, we’re always proud to be part of experiences that bring people together and strengthen the communities where we live and work.

Safety is more than a priority — it’s part of our culture. Last week, the Reidy team came together for Safety Week 2026 with a full schedule of trainings, toolbox talks, discussions, and hands-on learning focused on continuing to strengthen and reinforce safety across every project and every job site.

From PPE and fall protection to material handling and DOB licensing discussions, we’re committed to creating safer environments and making sure our teams have the knowledge and resources they need every day.

Thank you to everyone who participated and to all of our partners who helped make the week a success. Building safely starts with building together.

Project Highlight: A serene space built in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

Reidy Contracting Group completed a state-of-the-art hot yoga studio overlooking Bryant Park. Designed with two studios featuring advanced sound attenuation systems and specialized mechanical infrastructure to maintain temperatures between 96–99°F, the project was carefully executed to create a calm, elevated client experience in the middle of the city.

The space also includes fully equipped showers and changing rooms and was successfully delivered and signed off as a TCO project. Another exciting wellness-focused environment brought to life by the Reidy team.
