Where culinary craft meets the forest canopy.

At Restaurant Latour, the landscape is as much a part of the design as the architecture itself. Natural materials, tactile finishes, and panoramic views of the Kittatinny Mountains blur the boundary between dining room and landscape creating an experience deeply rooted in place.

Different scales. Same approach.

Architecture, interiors, and object design aren’t separate disciplines; they are one fluid continuum. From a tower to a door handle, we’re chasing continuity, cohesion, and impact.

Good design starts with great communication.

At INC, we’ve built a culture around total transparency across every department and experience level. By logging a decade of product specifications into an open, searchable database, we’ve empowered our entire team to collaborate effortlessly.

Teamwork makes the dream work, but efficient systems make it last.

Step into the most intimate corner of 5 Acres.

Tucked within Rockefeller Center, the private dining room features a custom, William Morris–inspired naturalist wallcovering made entirely from photographs of flora from Upstate New York.

It is the ultimate expression of our “Farm-to-Table Moderne” design ethos, where lush, botanical textures from nature collide with dark cerused woodwork, bronze accents, and sleek modernist details.

Living without boundaries.

The ground floor of this White Lake residence is designed as a “free plan” that allows fluid, open movement throughout the house’s public areas, breaking down the walls between the interior and the natural landscape.

Caught between two dramatic New England granite walls, the architecture defines a clear distinction between the man-made and the organic, turning a simple weekend getaway into an expression of connection.

Design is an interpretation of place.

We study what makes a neighborhood unique, from its materials to its customs, as a basis for design decisions. The result is an experience that feels rooted in its context rather than imposed upon it.

Grounded by stone, crowned with copper.

Located in the quiet town of Bethel, New York, on the edge of White Lake in the Catskills, this home was designed with a nod toward the local “Adirondack” building tradition but with its feet firmly rooted in European modernist traditions.

The residence is a balancing act of materials: rough-hewn gray limestone walls provide a geological weight that anchors the home, while a copper roof floats atop timber columns.
