WHAT DOES A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER DO?

A construction manager helps turn a vision into a well-executed project.

From planning and budgeting to scheduling, team coordination, and quality control, their role is to keep the many moving parts aligned from start to finish.

At DUCE, construction management is about more than overseeing the build—it’s about protecting the vision behind it.

SPACES MADE TO BE LIVED IN

Luxury can be refined without feeling untouchable.

Built-in millwork, warm lighting, rich textiles, and carefully balanced proportions come together here to create a living space that feels both elevated and inviting.

A home should be beautifully built—and beautifully lived in.

CRAFTED IN METAL

Architectural character often reveals itself in the details.

Here, intricate metalwork transforms a private balcony into a distinctive feature, complemented by elegant French doors and carefully considered proportions.

A small architectural moment with a lasting presence.

The decisions made before construction begins can shape the entire project.

Pre-construction brings the scope, budget, schedule, design requirements, and project team into focus—helping identify challenges early and creating a clearer path forward.

The character of a space is often found in its smallest details.

Rich woodwork, precisely executed millwork, and a beautifully detailed stone fireplace come together to create depth, warmth, and a sense of permanence.

Craftsmanship that rewards a closer look.

Exceptional projects start long before construction begins.

From evaluating feasibility and defining the scope to budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating the right team, thoughtful pre-construction planning creates a clear path from vision to ex*****on.

Because what happens before construction can shape everything that follows.

Celebrating 100 years with the New York Design Center! Yesterday's centennial celebration was packed wall-to-wall — incredible energy, incredible people. Got to catch some of the industry's top architects and designers in conversation at the Francois & Co. showroom, and heard from NYDC's own Jim Druckman on a century of design history. Grateful to be part of a day like this. Here's to the next 100 years!

A home with a sense of permanence.

Graceful archways, detailed millwork, carefully framed sightlines, and richly layered interiors give this residence a character that unfolds from room to room.

It’s an approach to luxury that feels considered rather than overstated—where architecture, craftsmanship, and proportion speak for themselves.
