A new destination for tenants at 17 State Street.

Tri-Star worked closely with RFR and STUDIOS Architecture to bring the Liberty Lounge to life. This cohesive amenity features hospitality, meeting, recreation and wellness spaces, including a café, conference room, game lounge and town hall event space. Each environment was designed to support how tenants connect, collaborate and recharge.
