Located at 126 East 57th Street, Malabar Residences places connection at the heart of its amenity experience. A copper-mirrored gateway leads into a six-story atrium overlooking a landscaped courtyard—an architectural threshold between calm and intensity. Inside, a sequence of communal spaces unfolds as extensions of home, offering places to gather, reflect, and retreat.
From the outdoor terrace and zen garden to the double-height pool, gym, roof deck, and a basketball courtyard, each amenity frames a sense of community rarely found in New York City’s vertical living. Every space is designed to strengthen a shared experience—between residents, nature, and the surrounding city.
