In just a few days, our team completed the underground plumbing installation for in Miami and got the site fully prepped for inspection ✔️

It’s complex and essential work. Everything else in a building depends on getting this phase right: every pipe, joint, and connection has to be planned and executed with precision before the foundation ever goes in. Once the concrete is poured, there’s no going back to fix it.

Now under construction: Dayglow East & West Village, NYC ☕

We’re excited to share that our team is hard at work bringing two new Dayglow locations to life. These renderings offer a first glimpse, and trust us, it’s worth the wait 🙌🏻

Clean lines, ribbed textures, and soft pendant lighting meet a refined minimal palette, centered around an open coffee bar that defines the space. Each location has its own personality: soft peach tones for one, cool blue hues for the other.

Tenzin’s Kitchen .ny officially opened its doors, delivered by Horeca NYC ⭐ And this is one of those cases where the “before and after” really speaks for itself.

Our team handled the full construction scope, including:
· Gas upgrade approval through the DOB
· Installation of 40+ ft of new gas line
· Hood & fire suppression systems setup
· Complete plumbing & electrical fit-out
