Here are the legal requirements your landlord MUST meet:
🌅 DAY (6 AM to 10 PM)
If it’s below 55° outside, it must be at least 68° inside.
🌌 NIGHT (10 PM to 6 AM)
Regardless of the outside temperature, it must be at least 62° inside.
💧 HOT WATER
Hot water must be provided 365 days a year.
