We’re excited to welcome Jay Samuelson, Principal Engineer, as a guest speaker for our upcoming Zoning Workshop series.

With a wealth of experience in civil engineering, land surveying, and site development across New York, Jay brings a deep understanding of how zoning, permitting, and technical site constraints come together on real-world projects. His perspective helps bridge the gap between planning concepts and what actually happens in the field.

At our first workshop, Jay will help break down the engineering and surveying considerations that often shape what can (and can’t) be built on a property—plus answer your questions directly.
