Replaced this porch as the corner of the house was sagging and busted the deck joist. Jacked the house back to level and laid block as there was nothing supporting the corner. Installed new decking 16" oc 2x8. Fixed the concrete steps as they were busted and purged the side.

This deck/roof got a complete overhaul. Tore out the old, replaced the rafters, sheeting, installed rubber roof, new decking and removed the electrical from the original hottub hookup which thats what started the failure to the deck from the jump it wasn't designed for one.
Rest of deck around the house is in the works this summer.
