Truck Mechanic
ARR Construction is seeking a full-time truck mechanic to join our team.
• The Truck Mechanic will be responsible for working closely with the shop team to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• This leadership role combines diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diesel trucks, trailers, pickups and general construction equipment while overseeing daily shop operations.
• Understands and adheres to DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations
• Prioritize repair requests based on operational needs, coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure repairs are completed with a high standard of workmanship and safety.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for any breakdowns
• Communicate with vendors for pricing, order tracking, returns and warranties.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

Requirements
• Exceptional knowledge of truck and equipment maintenance
• Commercial vehicle inspection certification (DOT) or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and CDL

Fleet Manager

ARR Construction is seeking a full-time Fleet Manager to join our team.

• The Fleet Manager will be responsible for coordinating all the
daily workflow of the shop while working closely with the shop
mechanics to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• This leadership role combines diagnosing, repairing and
maintaining diesel trucks, trailers and heavy machinery with
overseeing daily shop operations.
• Understands and adheres to DOT, OSHA, IFTA and FMCSA
regulations
• Prioritize repair requests based on operational needs,
coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and
troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems to
ensure repairs are completed with a high standard of
workmanship and safety.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for any breakdowns
• Communicate with vendors for pricing, order tracking, returns
and warranties.

Concrete Pump Operator
ARR Construction is looking to add a Concrete Pump Operator to join our growing team.
Qualifications
Individual must have or obtain a current CDL
Good driving record required
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Have or obtain a DOT medical Card
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating according to DOT regulations
Operate boom and concrete pump to place concrete in desired locations.
Coordinate efforts with supervisor and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate site conditions and ensure all safety measures and precautions are taken
