Recently we installed new ingredient tanks and reclaim equipment for Schwartz Farms, Inc. in Morgan, MN. Once we are finished with spouting this will allow their mill to operate more efficiently and with more versatility receiving and storing ingredients.

Recently we have been doing what we can to stay warm and keep equipment running in the frozen tundra.

Crews are working on a new fertilizer facility for Elbow Lake Coop Grain and new tanks and equipment for Revillo Farmers Elevator.

Last week we assisted Crystal Valley Cooperative in loading the first train in Madelia with their new 80,000 bushel per hour bulk weigher by Warrior Mfg., LLC. Thanks to everyone who stayed through the night and braved the wind and cold including Elite Electrical Innovations, llc.

Progress update for Madelia, MN at Crystal Valley Cooperative!

In the past week crews installed components for a new bulk weigher system including the bulk weigh tower with a 3,500 bushel upper garner, 60k buck elevator, 40k reclaim conveyor and a 40k screener.

Utilizing the new bucket elevator, new reclaim conveyor and existing fill conveyors this facility will be able to load train cars at an impressive 80,000 bushels per hour.
