No heat call at a shop over at a mall in . Unit was trippin on high limit and when inspecting the unit I found some suspect s**t. That hole was definitely too clean to be caused by wear and tear. Either way, we didn’t get immediate approval for the fix since we recommended replacing all safeties, burners, tubing, and sensors. Job did get approved so we’ll be back there soon to repair this unit.
