It takes a team to bring a vision to life. 🤝🏽

Today was all about craftsmanship, collaboration, and ex*****on.

We picked up these beautiful custom-made doors from Chris at Hardwood Alchemy, brought them to the project, and installed them into the pocket-door framing we had already prepared.

Next up, my father Victor will work his magic—custom matching the stain color and applying the finish so these doors feel like they were always meant to be part of the home. 🪵

The vision and design came from Tina, and now each professional is bringing their expertise to make it a reality.

It’s all in the details. 🎨🪵

For this project, we created a custom color match using pigments to achieve the perfect finish on the island—then took it a step further by hand-imitating the natural grain and movement of the surrounding wood.

The goal wasn’t just to find a similar color. It was to make the finish feel like it belonged there from the beginning.

Back in 2016, it was just James and me.

We worked long days, often skipping meals just to keep the project moving. We'd head home for a quick shower, get a little rest, and then return late at night to apply stain or clear coats so they could dry naturally overnight. By sunrise, we'd be back on the job, ready to keep building.

Those long nights weren't just about finishing projects—they were about building a company from the ground up. Every sacrifice, every missed meal, and every late night became part of the foundation that Home Thesis stands on today.
