Great day yesterday in Dobbs Ferry, Westchester! 🏡🤝

One of the things we love most about what we do is collaboration. When great people come together, each bringing their expertise, creativity, and experience to the table, great things happen!

Yesterday, we visited four different projects alongside talented professionals, discussing everything from exclusive custom finishes to creative solutions.

Every project requires critical thinking, brainstorming, budgeting, planning, and attention to detail. It's not just about getting the job done. It's about finding the right solutions and bringing everyone's vision into alignment.

This is why we believe in collaboration. Different minds, shared goals, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

A Simple Door Replacement Turned Into a Two-Day Project! 🚪🔨

What was supposed to be a simple one-day exterior door replacement turned into something much bigger!

Once we removed the existing door, we discovered rotted framing supports. As we opened up the drywall and plaster to investigate further, we found another surprise — there was no header above the door opening! 😳

What started as a one-day job is now a two-day project.

We temporarily secured the opening with plywood so we can return tomorrow and continue the repairs.

🏠 At Home Thesis, we believe in doing the job right, not just getting it done. Sometimes the most important work is what you can't see behind the walls.

🔨 Stay tuned for Day 2 and the final transformation!

You care for your patients. We care for your space. 🛠️

Home Thesis recently completed maintenance and improvements at a private clinic:

✅ Repaired damaged hallway walls with plaster, tape, primer, and paint matched to the existing color.
✅ Fixed doors that wouldn’t close properly—removing them from their hinges, shaving and planing where needed, and reinforcing hinges with longer screws.
✅ Restored stain on doors and frames.
✅ Mounted TVs.
✅ Installed pantry cabinets.
✅ Installed a water dispenser in the waiting room.

We scheduled the work over the weekend while the clinic was closed, working around their schedule so the team could stay focused on patient care.

Licensed & insured. Serving private clinics, hospitals, and commercial spaces throughout Westchester.

📩 DM us to schedule a walkthrough and tackle your maintenance list.

BUILDING HOMES. BUILDING BUSINESSES. BUILDING COMMUNITY.

Being recognized for the 2026 Hispanic Innovators Awards is an incredible honor, but this journey was never built alone.

Over 10 years ago, my business partner James Amigon and I started Home Thesis with our own hands. From demolition to putting everything back together, we were the ones doing the work, learning the trade, solving problems, and building our vision one project at a time.

Throughout the years, we've had the privilege of transforming countless homes, kitchens, and bathrooms across Westchester County.

One of the greatest rewards has been watching those transformations come to life. Seeing a project go from an idea to a finished space, witnessing the excitement on our clients' faces, and knowing that we played a part in turning their houses into homes.

But what makes this journey truly special isn't just the work we've completed. It's the relationships we've built, the trust our clients have placed in us, and the opportunity to be there for them through every stage of their projects.

James, thank you for over a decade of partnership, hard work, and commitment. We've come a long way from doing everything ourselves, and I'm grateful for everything we've built together.

To our clients, our team, our families, and everyone who has supported Home Thesis throughout the years—thank you.

This recognition represents more than one person. It represents years of dedication, collaboration, and a shared vision.

We're not just renovating houses. We're creating homes, building relationships, and strengthening our community.

And we're just getting started. 🙏🏽
