A little behind-the-scenes reality check!

Your construction manager is the one coordinating contractors, managing timelines, putting out fires (figuratively, of course 😉), and making sure your vision actually comes to life.

Because managing a construction project is a full-time job… and that’s what we’re here for!

Planning a renovation or commercial build-out? Don’t do it alone. 🧡

📩 DM us to see how GloJoy can take the stress off your plate!

Brooklyn progress looking pretty good from here 🧱🗽

This restaurant build-out is officially starting to take shape. Lots happening behind the scenes, and we’re loving seeing the vision come to life!

Another project managed by GloJoy.

They say “you’re always on your phone” like 90% of construction management isn’t solving problems before the client even knows there’s a problem 📱😂

Contractor calling.
Designer has a question.
Vendor needs an answer.
Client wants an update.
Something changed on site.

And somehow… everyone needs an answer right now.

But at the end of the day, that’s what we’re here for. Keeping the moving pieces together, taking the stress off our clients, and making sure their vision actually makes it across the finish line!

Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Turns out some of the best building happens outside of the job site too 🤝

Such a great night connecting with other local business owners, meeting new faces, and supporting the people building something of their own.

Community over competition, always. 🧡

Just giving our audience what they want 🤌🏼

Pretty finishes backed by some serious work behind the scenes!

Got a vision? Let’s build it. 📩

POV: you’re looking for a GC and your non-negotiables are “please communicate with me” and “please don’t blow my budget.” 😭

Yeah… we get it. At GloJoy, we keep you in the loop, respect the investment, and actually care about bringing your vision to life the RIGHT way!

From fitness + wellness to retail + hospitality — we build spaces built for business.

Big investment. Choose your GC wisely. 😉
📩 Let’s talk about your project.

The stuff no one else cares about… contractors are drooling over. 😍😂

You’re waiting for the pretty finishes, lighting, furniture, and final reveal. Meanwhile, Gloria’s in the back of house like: “Now THAT’S sexy.”

Because when you know construction, you know the best parts of a build aren’t always the prettiest, they’re the parts that make the pretty possible!

Have a project in the works? Let GloJoy handle what happens behind the walls AND what everyone sees when the doors open. DM us to start your build. 📲

This is construction, but make it GloJoy! Follow along. You might just find the team behind your next project. 👀🏗️

We lost the JOY behind GloJoy this weekend.

RIP Tamara Joy 🥺

Everyone celebrates the wins in the field.
The cranes.
The closings.
The ribbon cuttings.

But what about the gal in the office making sure the contracts are right, payroll runs, compliance is tight, and the checks actually go out?

Because without her, nothing moves.

Tamara was that woman.

Steady. Sharp. In control.

And she taught us all something that had nothing to do with spreadsheets or procurement lists that I’d like to pass along to others who did not know her 👇🏾

You don’t have to dull your femininity to lead. She proved you can be both.

So go ahead and be girly. Be sharp. Be powerful.

In her memory, I honor all the women who keep this industry running — in the office, in the field, and everywhere in between, this women in construction week and every week, because we don’t prescribe to that around here either 🤌🏽.

Quiet details. Solid ex*****on. We just love the beauty of a finished tile job.

Don’t you just love how the clean lines, consistent spacing, and a finish really elevates the entire space.
