Don’t wait to replace if you see rot at the bottom of your doors. It may be hiding larger issues.
The door with glass had to be replaced because of rot at the bottom of the frame. Turns out termites had ruined most the frame. Luckily the house frame was fine, but with time the termites would have moved into the structure lumber.
