Another major investment is coming to Eagle Rock Industrial Park! 🚧

Building on the success of the park's existing speculative industrial building, AFLP has announced plans to construct a new 120,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Tiffin. The approximately $13.6 million investment will also include a new public road and infrastructure improvements, opening additional industrial acreage for future development and strengthening Tiffin's inventory of move-in ready industrial space.

This announcement comes after the park's first speculative building reached full occupancy earlier this year, proving that companies are looking for communities that are prepared to grow. By investing ahead of demand, Tiffin is creating opportunities to attract new employers, support business expansion, and bring quality jobs to our community.

Projects like this are possible because of strong partnerships. AFLP, the City of Tiffin Government, JobsOhio , Regional Growth Partnership Northwest Ohio, the Erie County Port Authority, Clouse Construction Corp. , NAI Harmon Group , and many others are working together with a shared vision to make Tiffin and Seneca County one of the best places in Ohio to invest, grow, and do business.
