Renova Homes

A custom home designed around its setting. 🌲

Set on a beautiful wooded river lot, this Renova home was designed to take full advantage of its surroundings while creating a warm, functional space for everyday living.

The homeowners brought an incredible eye for detail and a clear vision for their home. Paired with Renova’s design guidance, craftsmanship and ex*****on, those thoughtful selections came together in a home that feels cohesive, intentional and completely their own.

The open-concept main level features soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that bring the outdoors in, while warm wood tones, natural stone, neutral cabinetry and matte black accents create a balance of modern and timeless design.

From the stained kitchen island and custom built-ins to the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, architectural railing and statement fluted tile shower, the details throughout this home are what make it truly special.

The best custom homes are a collaboration—our homeowners’ vision, brought to life by the Renova team.

We’ve been waiting to share this one… and it deserves the spotlight. ✨

Warm wood tones, natural stone, soft arches, charming black accents, statement lighting and oversized windows that bring the outdoors in — this Somerset River home came together beautifully.

The details go on🤎
The arched stone range surround. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Floating wood shelves. Hickory cabinetry. The gorgeous tiled shower. Every space has something that makes it feel special.

Because the best homes are the ones with a personality all their own.

This home feels warm and organic, a little unexpected, and completely its own — exactly what we love to see when all of the selections, craftsmanship and little details finally come together.

This beautiful home has officially found its owners, and we couldn’t let it go without giving the finished product the moment it deserves. 🏡

Welcome home. 🤍

Welcome Home Pam & Jeremy.

This is exactly why we do what we do here at Renova Homes.

Watching a set of plans become a home never gets old. From the first design meeting to the final walk-through, every decision, every detail, and every finish come together to create something truly special.

Designed with intention, built with integrity, and crafted to be more than just a house-it's a place to gather, celebrate, and make memories.

Congratulations on your new home, we hope you love it as much as we do for many years to come.

✨Some homes are built.
Others are intentionally designed.✨

This custom home is the result of homeowners who cared deeply about every detail—and a collaborative design process with Renova Homes, who helped bring that vision to life with precision and care.

From fully custom cabinetry to thoughtfully layered finishes, every line, every material, and every choice was made with purpose 🤍

The attention to detail throughout reflects not only the homeowners’ vision, but the craftsmanship and guidance behind the scenes that made it possible.

This is what happens when vision meets experience—and trust in the process.

Cheers to Luke and Aymee!
