This custom home currently being built is full of unique details that make it truly one-of-a-kind. From the striking dark exterior and dramatic rooflines to the custom cedar porch and entryway that will soon complete the front of the home, every element was designed to make a statement from the moment you arrive.

In the kitchen, two waterfall countertops create a bold focal point, complemented by custom cabinetry designed and built by Derrick’s own cabinetry shop. Every cabinet is thoughtfully designed to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional for the homeowners.

Inside, it features huge custom glass doors, a dedicated sport court, golf simulator space, and a stunning wine room—each adding something special and unexpected to the home. The owner’s bath will feature beautiful large-format tile, while a custom stair runner and cove and wood moulding throughout almost every room add personalized touches and character.
