Today is National Backflow Prevention Day! 💧

A backflow preventer allows water to flow in the direction it’s supposed to while helping prevent contaminated water from reversing course and entering the clean water supply. Backflow can happen when there’s an unexpected change in water pressure. A properly working backflow prevention device helps protect the water supply.
