Must have your own tools and transportation. Knowledge of a wide range of construction preferably demo, framing, drywall, paint, and trim. We do a lot of remodeling.
Most importantly you will show up when you say you will. You will protect the homeowner's property and the other tradespeople's work. You will clean up after yourself.
