When we have to tell a customer they need an expensive repair or a new system, we're not celebrating a sale. We know that's money you would much rather spend on a vacation, your family, or just about anything more fun than an AC unit.
That's one of the reasons Airheads does not employ salespeople and we do not pay commission.
Not to the service technician who determines what's wrong.
Not to the estimator who gives you your options.
Not to the managers watching the numbers.
No one at Airheads makes more money because you spend more money.
We designed it that way intentionally. It takes the incentive to sell you something out of the equation and allows our team to focus on one thing: What does this customer actually need?
Sometimes that's a new system. Sometimes it's a repair. And sometimes it's telling you that you don't need to spend the money at all.
We'd much rather see you spend it somewhere more fun.
