What a transformation! This project involved much more than simply adding garage space. Our goal was to expand the home while preserving and enhancing its original architectural character.

The homeowners originally had a two stall car garage and an existing front porch. We added an oversized third garage stall and completely redesigned and rebuilt the front porch, giving the home’s entire front elevation a fresh, cohesive look.

The new garage addition was carefully integrated with the existing home, matching the siding, stonework, roofline, trim, gutters, and garage doors so the addition looks like it was part of the original construction.

The front porch was also transformed, with updated columns, stone bases, architectural details, and a new covered entry that gives the front of the home a much stronger focal point. The updated porch and garage work together to create a more balanced and substantial exterior.

From a two stall car garage and original porch to a beautiful, cohesive three car garage and redesigned front entry — this project completely elevated the home’s functionality, curb appeal, and overall presence.
