We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in commercial finishing, painting, and waterproofing, to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated professional who can successfully manage projects from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
-Prepare submittals, RFI's, change orders and project documentation
-Create and upload Project Folders into MS TEAMS
-Conduct site visits.
-Attend project meetings and maintain regular communication with owners, general contractors, and field personnel.
-Resolve project issues promptly and professionally.
-Assist with project billing and final closeout documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience managing commercial projects
-Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced enviornment.
