I don’t think this repair was completed by a qualified, licensed contractor……

It’s only a problem once it’s a problem (and something bad happens)!!

The buyers agent was so patient and calm. Lucky for us. The sellers agent called the Locksmith while we went and did another inspection. We made good use of our time. This is a snapshot while we waited to enter the unit the second time.

Lazy installation!!

In South Louisiana, insulating your crawlspace can be problematic. Trapped moisture can ruin your entire floor, subfloor, and even the structure.

As I’m prepping to go into the crawlspace people often ask: “you must hate going underneath the house….?”, and I reply “ it’s my favorite thing to do, it’s where all the good stuff is!”
