A complicated design in Darien due to space limitations even though the property had a large level back yard. There is a lot that goes into reviewing a property for enhancement feasibility and local and state regulations can be very difficult. This property had wetlands in the middle of the rear lawn area plus it was almost entirely in a flood zone. AI is fun at creating realistic images but does not know enough unless the proper information downloaded. Even then it draws from unreliable sources. These 3D images are of a project that is realistic and was approved for construction.
