This screened porch got updated from wood to maintenance free material. I removed all the cedar boards and screens. I then wrapped the post with Azek maintenance free fascia boards and installed Screeneze screens. Westbury aluminum railings were installed to complete the project. Turned out awsome!

Repaired some water damaged cedar siding. This damage was caused from not having proper flashing in place. Without the flashing water was getting behinde the siding. Kick-out flashing will save your house from damage similar to this.

Here are some before and after pictures of a bedroom I remodeled. Stripped off three layers of wall paper, patched and painted the walls. Remove the old carpet and installed some sheet vinyl. Turned out great!!

Be sure to check sump pumps. Make sure the pump is plugged in and the discharge hose is free and clear to drain. Even though it is winter the recent and coming rain can still find it's way to the drain tile system in your home.
