Another project completed by our construction team! 👷🏻‍♂️🦺🪜🔨

Our guys recently built this new pallet jack charging station for the CVS Distribution Center, creating a dedicated space to keep equipment organized, protected and ready to go. In a busy distribution center where pallet jacks are constantly moving products throughout the facility, having a designated charging area helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. 🔋📦🚛

From getting the structure in place to the electrical work inside, our team brought it all together from start to finish.

A little behind the scenes at TPM! 📊📈📋📐

Our team recently spent some time together digging deeper into LMN, the management software that helps us keep a lot of moving pieces organized. From estimating and scheduling to job costing and supporting crews in the field, LMN helps us manage the day-to-day details of our operations.

Taking time to learn the tools we have, ask questions, and get better together matters. Better systems and better communication within our team ultimately mean better service for our customers.

We’re thankful for a team that continues to learn and grow and a shoutout to LMN by Granum for creating tools that help us do just that!

Ending the week with a well-deserved shoutout to our H-2B crew. 👏🏼 We currently have 42 men here for the summer. ☀️

These guys leave their homes and families for months at a time to help us serve our clients and communities. They show up every day ready to work, take pride in what they do, and never hesitate to jump in wherever they’re needed.

Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful for each one of them. 🌱🚚🦺✈️🌎🚜

Today we’re feeling extra grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, the sacrifices that made them possible, and this East Tennessee community we’re blessed to call home.
