Greene County Health Dept. | Greeneville, TN

We’re proud to help enhance the grounds at the Greene County Health Department with quality materials and trusted local partners. The project included fine-graded topsoil + premium plant material from SiteOne Knoxville, mulch from Living Earth - Knoxville, and fresh sod provided by Litz Farms.

A beautiful landscape doesn’t just improve curb appeal, but it also helps creates a welcoming environment for everyone who visits. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that serves the Greene County community.

🚧 Progress continues inside at Sunoco Products Co. | Newport, TN 🚧

What started on the exterior has now moved indoors as our crew tackles a full conference room renovation from floor to ceiling. Years of wear along with water damage made it time for a complete transformation.

From demolition and structural repairs to updated finishes and a fresh new look, every step is focused on creating a clean, functional, and long-lasting space for the team inside this facility.

Proud of our crew for the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and hard work going into this project. 💪🏼🦺🔨

This Memorial Day, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of our fallen heroes. Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy, the communities we build, and the lives we’re blessed to live every day.

From everyone at Total Property Management, we extend our deepest gratitude to those who served and especially those who never made it home. May we always remember their sacrifice and strive to live in a way that honors it.

We are about to wrap up a beautiful residential landscaping project for one of our clients, and we’re proud of how this outdoor space came together.

Our team installed irrigation, added planting soil throughout the landscape beds and lawn areas, installed steel edging and river rock, planted shrubs and trees, laid fresh sod, and transplanted vinca from the wooded areas to the slope beside the home to help tie the landscape together naturally.

We also created natural steps, walking paths, and stepping stone pathways to improve both function and flow throughout the property.

A big shoutout to Robby and Spencer for designing the landscape and helping bring this vision to life. Projects like this are always rewarding because they create outdoor spaces our clients can enjoy for years to come. ✏️💦🌳🪨🦺🪾🌿🚜🙃📐

This Mother’s Day, we wanted to take a moment to honor the incredible women who mean so much to the Total Property Management family and community.

From mothers and wives, to daughters, mentors, and mother figures… these women encourage, support, pray for, love deeply, and help hold families together through every season of life.

Several members of our team shared photos and words about the mothers and women who mean the most to them, and one thing became very clear; the love, sacrifice, and unwavering support of a strong woman leaves a mark and a lasting impact for generations.

To all the moms and women who pour so much into the people around you - thank you. Your love, strength, grace, and steady presence matter more than words can say, and the impact you make reaches far beyond what most people ever see.
