Check out these remarkable dugouts in Middleton! What a delightful project. Initiated by H&H Civil Construction, who poured footings, walls, and a concrete slab. Followed by Eros Stone and Masonry, who installed barnished black block. Completed by LNH Property Solutions, who installed steel beams, framed the roof, installed flashing, shingles, and painted.

The scope of this project expanded from replacing rotten sill plates, studs, and repairing concrete to meeting the city's requirement for a new foundation under the garage. The studs had undergone significant deterioration, causing the garage to sink 8 inches. We excavated the site, installed a new footing, and constructed a 4-foot frost wall. To achieve proper leveling, we removed the windows in the house, lifted, and reinstalled them. Following this, we installed a new treated sill plate, replaced the rotten studs, and added a new header to support the load above the garage door. Furthermore, we repaired the siding, graded the yard, installed new stairs in the basement, and constructed new concrete stairs by the front door. I appreciate the opportunity to work with Justin Reinl, Ashlee Harlock, and Ryan Burnett on this project. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
