Quick edit of a total house remodel we’ve been on. New floors, kitchen remodel, wall removals, electrical, and paint top to bottom doors, trim, walls and ceilings. I’ll do some pictures in another post.

Kerf cut a piece of azek to make a round form for a step. Since I raised the height of the deck the top step was 4.5” taller. I didn’t have enough depth on the step to do a rectangle or square step. Either way the approach was awkward. So I decided rounded would be the best approach. Layed some lath and scratch coat of stucco for the riser. The top tread will be mahogany to match the decking.

Little unconventional. Deck was framed over the floor joist with tar paper as a water barrier. Under this is the basement so we had to get creative. Installed 3/4 advantech plywood with 2 layers of an ice and water membrane. Flashed the sides and framed a deck on top. Decking is mahogany and will be finished with a teak oil or similar product. Just have to add a step.

Never posted finish pictures of this one. We removed a 16ft garage door and reframed the wall for 2 9x7ft openings. We teamed up with Overhead Doors out of Mystic. Excellent company to work with. Matched the 20 year old siding the best we could and then got a paint match to blend it in.

Deck refresher for a client that’s selling the house. We swapped out the rotted post for 6x6 post. Built new railings and added new risers to the stairs. Removed the gutter, flashed the roof and replaced the facia board. The deck boards were scraped, sanded and painted with extreme bond primer and super deck solid stain.

Never posted finished job 😅 here it is start to finish. Quick kitchen remodel. We swapped out countertops, flooring, and painted the cabinets. Cabinets were sprayed with Sherwin Williams gallery series.

Here it is! Start to finish on the shed build by the beach. I’ll do a separate video on the door build. Everything was done by us except the concrete 😉

Kitchen remodel we did. Ripped out the countertops and had quartz installed. We painted the kitchen and installed new flooring. Last we are spraying all the cabinet doors and face frames.
