🚨 NOW HIRING — PART-TIME ADMIN / RECEPTIONIST 🚨

Mather Construction LLC is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Admin / Receptionist to join our team!

📍 Location: 14408 W Edison Dr, Unit D, New Lenox
⏰ Schedule: 2 days per week / 5-hour shifts
💼 Starting at: 10 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

-Answering phone calls and responding to emails
-Greeting and communicating with customers
-Scheduling appointments
-Organizing paperwork and customer information
-Helping with invoices, permits and general office tasks
-Keeping our office organized, clean and running smoothly
-Assisting the construction team with administrative tasks

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Is dependable and punctual
✅ Has excellent communication skills
✅ Is organized and detail-oriented
✅ Is comfortable talking with customers
✅ Can work independently and stay productive
✅ Has basic computer skills
✅ Has a positive, professional attitude
✅ Construction/office experience is a plus, but not required

This position will start at 2 five-hour shifts per week, with the opportunity for more hours and additional responsibility as the company grows.
