It is owned by Kenneth and Sandra Lehtonen and is located on the second floor of the 1808 House in the center of New Ipswich, NH. Over the years, San-Ken Homes has garnered a reputation for quality products, impressive customer service, and incredible attention to detail in each endeavor. This commitment to our customers and the leadership of its owners has helped San-Ken excel even in difficult e

conomic times. Currently, San-Ken Homes offers both new construction homes and newly renovated existing homes throughout southern New Hampshire. As part of the construction side of the business, we draw and design custom homes in our office to meet the needs of our customers, with a full range of styles and prices offered. You can view a few of these plans and the homes they represent here on our website! We have also built several developments in New Ipswich and other towns, including: Oak Hollow Lane; Stone Ridge Village; Hubbard Pond; Glen Farms II; Windsor Common Condominium; and mid-ranged homes at Stowe Mountain Estates located in Hillsborough, NH. Many of San-Ken’s custom contracts come about through referrals from satisfied customers. One of the greatest compliments is when our customers refer us to friends and family. We wish to extend a hearty “Thank You!” to all our customers, past, present, and future.
