October means outdoor temperature drops, some mornings feel cool & by mid-day, the air is going back on.
At Bosh Home Solutions, this also means - we start to see the transition from cooling to heating, and we're here to help!

Here is a checklist to get you started:

- Annual HVAC Tune-Up -
Schedule your Maintenance in Advance, this is the best way to stay on top of the change in season.

- Safety Checks -
(carbon monoxide & smoke alarms)
*VERY IMPORTANT BATTERIES ARE GOOD*

- Test Heater Early -
Run a Test Cycle! any unfamiliar noises and or smells could be an indicator of an issue within your system.

- Outdoor Unit Care -
Make sure there is no surrounding dirt, twigs or debris on your unit and check the fan speed.

- Filter Replacement/Cleaning -
This is a key component to keep everything running smoothly!

- Thermostat Settings -
Your Air Conditioner will cycle less frequently, keep an eye on the humidity indoors - set fan to auto. We can help with explaining the settings at any time.
